Quality Standards

We assess and rate accommodation under a set of quality standards agreed by the UK tourist authorities – Quality Standards are the basis for the inspections that take place.

Holiday Parks Star Rating

Ranging from 3 to 5, star ratings denote the standard of quality and variety of facilities for holiday parks.
★ ★ ★ These parks are of a good standard with well-maintained facilities, and grounds and buildings kept in good condition. You can expect to find good attention to customer care and security.
★ ★ ★ ★ At 4 star parks, you can expect a high-quality site with well-maintained facilities and very good customer care.
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star holiday parks are of an extremely high standard, with excellent facilities and customer care.

Quality Assessed

This accreditation level involves a full inspection, testing all services to ensure minimum quality standards are met, but with no star rating awarded.
