The Visitor Attraction Quality Scheme is a quality-based assessment, and accreditation reflects the visitor experience and the quality of the products and services offered by the attraction and its staff.

The AA’s professional assessors work with the attraction to maximise the potential of the business or organisation. Visitor Attraction Quality Scheme members receive a visit every year or every other year. This visit looks at all aspects of the visitor-facing business, from viewing the attraction’s website and social media channels to visitor departure.
