Redefining Luxury at the Independent Hotel Show London 2025

The Independent Hotel Show returns to Olympia in London on 6-7 October 2025, bringing together the UK’s independent hotelier community for two days of networking, product sourcing and celebrating everything that makes the sector unique.

Since 2012, the Independent Hotel Show has offered senior hospitality professionals and designers the chance to connect with a curated selection of quality suppliers tailored to the needs of the independent hotel market.

From eye-catching wallpapers by ATA Designs and sustainable toiletries from Gordon Castle Scotland to strategic marketing from Punch Creative and tech solutions from Agilysys, the show provides a one-stop-shop for hoteliers looking to elevate their offering.

Redefining Luxury

The theme for this year’s show is ‘Redefining Luxury’. This concept will guide the seminar content, inspire the show’s design collaborations and shape the networking experiences available at the event.

Event Manager Glenn Wallace explains: “We speak to independent hoteliers every day and it’s clear that evolving definitions of luxury remain high up on the agenda. A luxury guest experience in 2025 could involve a hotel app that unlocks your room and books your spa appointments, or it could mean switching off entirely and reconnecting with nature.

“Luxury in interior design might mean decadence and maximalism for one guest, while for another it’s clean lines, minimalist spaces, and a sense of calm.

“The evolving nature of luxury reflects broader shifts in society and consumer expectations. Independent hotels are approaching this in unique ways, focusing on bespoke, personalised experiences over one-size-fits-all solutions – and we’re excited to explore that at this year’s show.”

The Independent Hotel Show is also an important opportunity for hoteliers to connect with peers and exchange insights in the show’s dedicated Social Business Space.

Mandy Chiu, General Manager of London Lodge Hotel, said of the 2024 edition: “It’s getting busier and better each year. It’s a wonderful event to see new products and meet new suppliers or catch up with our current ones.”

Eljesa Saciri, General Manager of The Zetter Marylebone, added: “The show is always a great event, showcasing new and innovative products while also bringing the industry together to share ideas and meet new people.”
