About the Five Star Workshop

Taking place over a full day, this interactive workshop delves into the key operational aspects required to achieve a Five Star rating. In addition to giving participants a better understanding of how the AA assess, we explore what makes excellent service and hospitality, elements of food quality, the importance of great housekeeping the key physical needs of the quality assessment. A self-audit on existing standards and the creation of an action plan to implement higher standards is included.

What you need to know

• Designed for current Five Star hotels and those who may wish to achieve Five Stars
• Carried out by trained and experienced AA inspectors
• We come to you, all we require is a presentation space, projector and screen
• Maximum of 30 people on a course
• In some cases overnight accommodation will be required the night prior to training
