About the course

As we’re sure you know all too well, housekeeping is vital to the running of your hotel. If you’re looking to increase the overall quality of your housekeeping, this interactive workshop is for you and/or your team. Objectives include reinforcing best practice standards, understanding key aspects of bedroom/bathroom cleaning, and gaining knowledge of housekeeping systems. This workshop also explores the assessment of quality standards within bedrooms and bathrooms against AA’s quality standards.

What you need to know

• Half or full day course
• Designed for housekeeping staff and management
• Carried out by trained and experienced AA inspectors
• Maximum of 30 people on a course
• We come to you, all we require is a presentation space, projector and screen
• In some cases overnight accommodation will be required the night prior to training
