All visits are anonymous and are undertaken by our trained professional inspectors, never outsourced or carried out by inexperienced people or industry workers. Full, extensive written reports are given as well as any follow up debrief where needed. We can test any aspect of a hotel operation including spa, beauty, and golf assessments. Some clients take a suite of visits to plot progress and target investment over time, others opt for single or one-off visits.
