About the course
From offering guests a warm welcome on arrival to that all important final contact, lasting impression and everything in between, your employees really make the difference to the success of any hospitality provider. Using our expertise, we explore the standards and requirements we consider vital in order to achieve excellent service and hospitality. Objectives include insights into the inspection process, focussing on the guest experience, and an analysis of the current performance to help to develop new tools and ideas to improve standards in your business.

What you need to know
• Designed for any and all hotel staff who are front of house
• Carried out by trained and experienced AA inspectors
• We come to you, all we require is a presentation space, projector and screen
• Maximum of 30 people on a course
• In some cases, overnight accommodation will be required the night prior to training
Prices
£200 pp – full day
£100 pp – half day
(Minimum attendance is 15 people; maximum of 30 people for each course)
